UHT Installation:

• Indirect UHT unit, Tetra Pak, Tetra Therm Aseptic Flex 4, year: 2001, order K110044, Machine number: T5844150505, flow diagram: 30210-1001, capacity: 3.500 ltr/h, temperature cycle coffee cream 15%: 5-75-128-75-15 °C (holding 2 minutes) and EV milk 33% DM: 5-75-126-75-15 (holding 6 minutes). Tubular Heat Exchanger (THE): Tetra Spiraflo MT70. Controls are upgraded in 2019 to Siemens Simatic ET200SP.
• Homogeniser upstream, non aseptic, Tetra Pak, TA20, 2 stages, 150-50 bar, motor 37 kW.
• Homogeniser downstream, aseptic, Tetra Pak, TA20, 1 stage, motor 30 kW.

2x Sterile tanks:

• Sterile tank, volume: 21.568 liter, manufacturer: Waldner, BT140°C, year: 1972, serial number: 374, pressure: 2,5 Bar.
• Sterile tank, volume: 20.000 liter, manufacturer: APV OTT AG, year: ± 1990.
• Including valve clusters and control panel.

Thermoform, fill and seal filling line with packer and robot.

• Bosch TFA 4940 thermoform, fill and seal machine, which is designed for reliable aseptic packaging of liquid and viscous products. Bosch’s special aseptic technology allows long shelf-life of food products without retorting, the need of cooling or added preservatives. Forming / Filling / Sealing 10 x 4 per stroke. Single cut or 5x2 per set. 8-12 gram per portion. Speed up to 35 cycles/min (depending on format). Sterile air set.
