Description
Stephan UMC 60 E Universal Machine for the production of convenience products, vegan spreads and confectionery. Mounted on a stainless steel frame. The bowl is equiped with a double jacket for heating / cooling on the jacket, temperature sensor inside the product, cutting blades, maximum working pressure in the bowl 0 / -1 bar (protected with overpressure valve), maximum temperature in the bowl 95 °C, maximum temperature in the jacket 95 °C, vacuum connection on the bowl (vacuumpump itself excluded), dearation connection on the bowl, mounted on the lid a scraper agitator for the wall, electric driven (0,37 kW - n2: 32 rpm), 1 manual tightening clamp, tilt system for emptying the bowl. Main motor for the cutting knife: 380 Volt - 50 Hz - 2,2 / 4 / 5,5 kW - 75 / 1.500 / 3.000 rpm - 10 / 10 / 16 Amp. Original stainless steel Stephan main control panel with relay controls and buttons.
