Description

On behalf of our client, we are requested to offer this Cheddar Cheese Plant for sale, because of bankrupcy of the previous owner. The whole line is delivered and built up in 2021 and has been in production for 1,5 years only.


The capacity of the cheddar cheese plant was during production of the previous owner set at a milk intake of 50.000 pounds per hour, 20 hours per day = 1.000.000 pounds of milk per day, which means ± 100.000 pounds of cheddar cheese per day  (= ± 45.359 kg of Cheddar cheese per day) = ± 2.500 Cheddar cheese blocks of 40 pounds per day (= ± 18,14 kg). Dimensions of the cheddar blocks: 35 x 28 x height cm.

Deals should be finalized and paid for before the end of 2024. Machines needs to be dismantled direct after the deal, because the new owner would like to clear the area for new activities. The dismantling and removal of the equipment from its current location inside the factory will be done at the buyers cost. An assigned and accredited company has already been identified by the seller for this task. The equipment may be stored on site for a maximum of 4 months from the date of sale if transport cannot be arranged per direct. Securing the equipment is for the buyer cost. The current owner assumes no liabilities for the equipment post sale.
