Butter Block Filler Trepko PMG-10

Trepko PMG 10 Butter bulk packing is a semi-automatic 1-head filling machine designed for the bulk filling of boxes with butter type products into cartons. Currently this machine is set for carton boxes of 25 kg butter blocks. Box dimensions: 380 x 290 x 260 mm. The machine is equipped with a product compensator directly connected to the filler which ensures a constant and even supply of product between the 3rd party process equipment and the Trepko filler. The PMG-10 machine continually monitors the flow of product from the compensator and can adjust the speed and give feedback to the Trepko filler accordingly. This feedback and adjustment is also used during the CIP process to control the flow of the cleaning agent. Working principle: pre fold a carton box, manually place the box on the table of the machine, box has to be lined with a protective foil bag, box automatically moved up under the filling nozzle (opening of the foil bag is needs to be manually places around the filling nozzle), product is filled, table moves down until the required level of product, filled box moved manually to the oufeed roller conveyor with check-weigher table (Sartorius) which provide feedback to the dosing unit and adjust the fill weight if needed and the final step is to close the box manually. Motor: 0,5 kW - 230 V - 50 Hz. Control panel with Siemens S7 PLC and Operation panel with touch screen.
