Description
Indirect UHT plant for the production of UHT / sterile whole milk by a Tubular Heat Exchanger (THE) system. Capacity up to 21.000 liter per hour. The indirect heating temperature is up to a maximum of 139 °C. Holding time set at 2 seconds.

- Feed-Module mounted on a frame work with 2x Alfa Laval LKH25 centrifugal pumps, 1x Grundfoss CRN32 centrifugal pump, closed level tank, pneumatic valves and flowtransmitter.

Additional features:
The line is originally build in 2008 as a Tetra Therm Aseptic VTIS 100 with VTIS injection system with Tubular Heat Exchanger but on request of the client this unit is converted and re-designed in 2011 by Tetra Pak Sweden according ordernr 907174555 / Rebuilding job S1083225-02 to a TA Flex model with an indirect heating principle.
Line is per direct available and can / will be dismantled from the factory in Germany, latest in ± KW35 - 2024.
