Description
GEA Tuchenhagen Dairy Systems GmbH / TDS-Ahaus pilot UHT plant with an indirect / direct heating module and homogeniser, previously used in a baby nutrition R&D centre.
Indirect unit, skid mounted, 50 - 200 ltr/h, viscocity of product till a max of 50 bar in the line and particals with a maximum size of 3 mm at the product infeed. Heating cycle by tubular heat exchangers (indirect), THE1: ± 4 - ± 70 °C / THE2: ± 70 - ± 95 °C / THE3: ± 95 - ± 120 °C / Heater1: 120 - ± 142 °C / THE4: ± 142 – ± 90 °C / THE5: ± 90 - ± 40 °C / THE6: ± 40 - ± 8 °C. The line is set at 142 °C for the current client but the unit is designed for a temperature up to 150 °C. 2 Leveltanks of 40 liter. Holding tubes of 3 – 5 – 10 – 20 – 30 – 2x60 seconds @ 100 liter per hour.
Direct steam injection module with flash tank, skid mounted, heating cycle from 90/110 till max 149 °C and holding tubes of 3 – 5 seconds @ 100 liter per hour.
Homogeniser, Niro Soavi, NS3006H, max. 200 liter per hour, max. pressure 600 bar, year 2005, motor 5,5 kW - 380/420V - 950 rpm - 50 Hz, ceramic pistons, ball valves, 2 stages.
Including all interconnecting piping, pumps (1x screw / mono pump 0,75 kW, 1x Jung Hyghspin 70 twin screw pump, year 2017 and 2x Grundfoss water pumps), valves, sensors, cabling and stainless steel control panel with controls (Siemens S7-300 PLC) and Siemens Simatic Panel.
