Continuous Butter Making Machine - CBM, with an output up to 3.000 kg butter per hour (depending on fat content, cream treatment and butter water content) and an input of cultured or/and sweet cream of 36-45% fat. Complete electric driven. Product area of stainless steel. Frame of painted steel. Beater: 37 kW - 1.475 rpm. Separating device: 7,5 kW. Kneader: 2,2 kW.
