Description
New milk bacteria clarification separator (bactofuge) for reducing the bacteria in milk and consequently reduces the temperature of the pasteurisation process. Used to upgrade the quality of (drink)milk or for the production of cheese. Self cleaning disc stack centrifuge machine with flat belt drive and automatic discharge. Process temperature: 50°C - 60°C. Feeding pressure (in): ± 1,5 bar. Bacteria clarified milk pressure (out): ± 4 bar.
The efficiency, measurable in terms of the percentage of bacterial load abatement, depends on the product and process characteristics as follows:
- 97-99% anaerobic spores.
- 85-95% aerobic spores.
- 75-95% total bacteria load.
Milk bacteria clarification capacity: 6.000 liter per hour.
The new offered milk bacteria clarification separator (bactofuge) comes with:
- Steel frame, cladded in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Bowl with disc stack, made out of special SUPER DUPLEX stainless steels with very high resistance to mechanical stress and corrosion.
- Discharged of the product by means of 1 centripetal pump.
- Discharge of the solid substance (collected in the periphery of the bowl in the sludge chamber) periodically automatically ejected, by partial or total discharge.
- The outflow system is completed with 1 digital pressure gauge in AISI 304 stainless steel and 1 micrometric valve to modulate the pressure of the milk. The concentration of the recycled bacterial milk is regulated by 1 flow meter, 1 analogic pressure gauge and 1 micrometric valve to adjust the recycling.

- Platform in AISI 304 stainless steel. This platform does not need to be fixed on the floor (concrete). Strongly advised to buy this with the separator, becasue to guarantee maximum machine reliability and minimize on-site installation times. The assembly of the separator, the electrical panel and the complete control of the operating water are directly build on the AISI 304 stainless steel platform and carry out pre-testing in the factory. In on-site installation it will be possible to limit the start-up times to just installing the bowl and do the final testing. Dimensions of the frame: 228x138x186 (including control panel), weight frame and separator: ± 1.700 kg.
