Description
Foil wrapping machine which can be used for packing products butter, margarine, bouillon cubes, fruit compound, chocolate paste into aluminium foil. The format on the machine is 50 gram, 50 x 50 x ± 21 mm, bottom folding. The butter is feed with a stainless steel hopper with screw agitator. Aluminium dosing station. The machine is equiped with a photocell on the paper infeed, to control the exact position of the print on the foil. If there is no foil in the cell, the machine will stop. The speed can be adjusted by a frequency converter up to ± 110 packages per minute. Outfeed conveyor. Central greasing system (Beka Max). Markem Imaje Smart Date 5 printer. Recently updated stainless steel control panel with PLC and frequency converters. Manual packaging of the pieces one by one (no group packer).
