Description
Serviced Continuous Butter Making Machine - CBM with a new control panel with simple controls. Output of 750 kg butter per hour sweet butter. Input of ± 1.500 liter of cultured or / and sweet cream per hour (35/42% fat, pH of ± 4,8 and infeed temperature ± 8 - 13 °C). Complete electric driven. Churning motor / Beater: 11 kW. Screw conveyor 1 (Beater II) motor: 3 kW. Screw conveyor 2 (Squeezer) motor: 1,5 kW. Butter milk pump: 2 kW. Feed pump: 2 kW. Vacuum pump: 1,5 kW. New control panel with simple controls with cream inlet temperature indictator, wash water inlet temperature indicator, output temperature indicator, emergency stop, main switch and all on/off buttons for the pumps.
