Description
Bactofuge (Bacterial removing separator). Self cleaning. Machine comes with the bowl, motor (37 kW), motor cover, baseframe with feet, manometer on in / outlet, control panel (upgraded by Centrimax with Siemens S7 PLC and CE labelling) and several service tools for maintenance. It was working till the end of the production of the former dairy.
