Description
Foil wrapping machine (forming-feeding-packing) which can be used for packing products like yeast, butter, lard, margarine, tvorog or cottage cheese into paper-based aluminium foil or pergamyn. Sequence of the machine: foil feed from a reel of foil, imprint position (option, date coder excluded), foil cutting, wrap formation and insertion in the turnplate cavity, product feed by butter / solid yeast (not melted) or any other product, wrap folding, portion pressing and heatsealing, lifting out and ejecting the portions, transferring the portions on the exit conveyor belt, outfeed conveyor belt. The format on the machine is 42 gram, 41,5 x 31,5 x 31,5 mm, bottom folding. The product is feed from a double jacketed stainless steel hopper with pushing down screw inside (motor 2,2 kW - n2: 25 rpm). The machine is equiped with a photocell on the paper infeed, to control the exact position of the print on the foil. If there is no foil in the cell, the machine will stop. The speed can be adjusted by a frequency converter up to 100 packages per minute. Outfeed conveyor (belt of the conveyor is excluded). Free standing control panel with Siemens S7-1200 PLC and Siemens Simatic HMI touchscreen panel. The protection cabinet around the machine will be loose delivered and need some repair work to be able to mount it again.
