Description
Continuous production of fresh cheese (quark) up to 50% fat in Dry Matter by the conventional method using a nozzle type Separator. The protein contained in the coagulated milk is separated from the whey in the rotating bowl and is continuously discharged through nozzles. Scrappers inside for removing the fresh cheese. Equipped for CIP cleaning. The segment insert prevents the accumulation of protein between the nozzles and there is no loss of protein. The machine is mounted on a stainless steel frame. Heavy liquid: 1,0 Kg / Dm3. Solids: 1,1 kg / dm3. Machine comes with the bowl (serial number: 1657 210), motor (20 kW), motor cover, frame to put the separator on (± 80 cm above the floor), control panel (Allen Bradley PLC and panelview touchscreen panel), some spare parts and some service tools for maintenance (not all available). Input flow rate for skim milk up to 7.200 liter per hour. Output of low fat quark up to 1.500 kg/h (depending on dry matter in the quark, the composition / temperature of the coagulated skim milk and the type of nozzles used inside the quark separator). Machine is recently serviced by the previous owner (machine didn't run afterwards).
